Initial Examination

To begin, your dentist will review your medical and dental history, and complete a thorough dental exam. This exam will include an inspection of your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, and any x-rays that may be needed, in addition to an oral cancer screening.

Treatment Plan

Your dentist will develop a long-term treatment plan for you based on your history and examination. There will also be time to ask any questions you may have about your oral health and treatment options.

  • How can I book an appointment?

    To book an appointment at Westlake Dental, please contact our office during our regular business hours.

  • How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

    To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us. Please notify us of any change of plans as soon as you can, so another patient will be able to use the space in our schedule. 

  • Do you offer appointment reminders?

    In the days leading up to your appointment, you will receive automated appointment reminders from us. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us as soon as possible to let us know.

  • Does your clinic have on-site parking?

    Yes, free onsite parking is available for all of our patients. You can also easily reach us via public transit. 

  • Will you submit insurance claims electronically on behalf of patients

    Yes. For your convenience, we can submit your insurance claim electronically on your behalf to your insurance provider, resulting in faster reimbursement, without the need for paper forms and signatures.

  • What are your payment options?

    You are responsible for any amounts not covered by your insurance. These must be paid at the time of your appointment.

    We accept payment by cash, debit, and/or credit card.
